Assessment and Learning

Supporting understanding, accountability, and informed decision-making.

We conduct assessments on behalf of organizations, coalitions, and movements to examine internal conditions as well as broader contexts shaping the work.

This work is grounded in trauma-informed and participatory approaches and designed in response to each organizational and community context. Rather than treating assessment as an extractive or compliance-driven exercise, we approach it as a collective learning process that supports clarity, reflection, and responsible action.

Depending on your needs and context, this may include:

  • Trauma informed interviews

  • Focus groups or listening sessions

  • Qualitative and quantitative data collection to surface themes, patterns, and lived experience

  • Data review and analysis, including support with data organization and interpretation

  • Review of existing datasets, reports, and documentation

  • Examination of internal culture, access, equity, and effectiveness

  • Assessment of external conditions, coordination, or field-level activity

  • Reports that support shared understanding, learning, and decision-making

  • Collaboration with evaluators, researchers, or data specialists,
