Assessment and Learning
Supporting understanding, accountability, and informed decision-making.
We conduct assessments on behalf of organizations, coalitions, and movements to examine internal conditions as well as broader contexts shaping the work.
This work is grounded in trauma-informed and participatory approaches and designed in response to each organizational and community context. Rather than treating assessment as an extractive or compliance-driven exercise, we approach it as a collective learning process that supports clarity, reflection, and responsible action.
Depending on your needs and context, this may include:
Trauma informed interviews
Focus groups or listening sessions
Qualitative and quantitative data collection to surface themes, patterns, and lived experience
Data review and analysis, including support with data organization and interpretation
Review of existing datasets, reports, and documentation
Examination of internal culture, access, equity, and effectiveness
Assessment of external conditions, coordination, or field-level activity
Reports that support shared understanding, learning, and decision-making
Collaboration with evaluators, researchers, or data specialists,
