This includes creating space for reflection, strengthening accountability, and working through challenges to enhance leadership, collaboration, and sustainability.

Coaching is grounded in trauma-informed practice and designed in response to each person’s or team’s context, responsibilities, and realities. Rather than offering prescriptive advice, we focus on supporting insight and perspective.
